5-HTP is a chemical compound that is naturally produced in your body as it makes serotonin, an important hormone for regulating your mood and sleep. 

L-Theanine– This amino acid is found in green tea. It is known to provide benefit for the immune system, and it is believed to help overcome anxiety. Brain waves are actually smoothed out—but not flattened out—by supplemental L-theanine. The body is relaxed, the mind is calmed, but no drowsiness occurs; the type of relaxation prescribed by sleep therapists.

Sleep Spray - 4-8 sprays 90 minutes prior to sleep.
